2 stars because their car wash is a disaster... the brush in the drive thru got nothing left on them they should be changed or least replaced... and the air blowers are not even on the car. Two of them were separate directions but not on the car...

Worst carwash ever,it made so many scratches on my car,not long enough to wash the car properly,all the rims came out full of foam,stay away as much as possible

When your vehicle is dirty this location is better than other car wash with host foam and pressure washing. But still should be better because even this one can make the vehicle super clean. Just better than others. The good thing is the vacuum is included in the package and the vacuum quality is really good. Other thing is this location is not busy and you don’t need to stay in line for car wash.

Hire people that can speak and read basic English and knows how to fix they mistakes.Pay them well so they will treat costumer who gives you business every day . There is two other stations cross the road and that where I taking my business to .

Avoid the air pump. We came to put air in. Put in a toonie, and nothing happens. We went inside and the staff was nice enough to give us another toonie to try again. But nothing happened again. They wouldn't give us our money back after the pump didnt work again. They claim the pump is not theirs and it belongs to the city. How can the pump within the Petro Canada station be owned by the city? They asked me to call Air Serv who looks after all the pumps but obviously it's the weekend, nobody is there to pick up the call (not like they would be able to do anything over the phone anyways). I advised if they would put an out of service sign so another customer doesn't run into this problem and the staff basically said it's not their pump, they can't do anything about it. I'm out of words...

Terrible car wash. You'll have soap still on your car after this wash. Conveyor moves too fast, it's a waste of money - you'll end up going to a next car wash.

The employee inside is not helpful there machines is not working so u need to pay cash. I have cash showing to him but still not let me to pump and he don't tell me need to pay 1st before I can pump,usually u can pump 1st before u pay but he dont say anything thats y need to move to another gad situation...

I just came Herr to use the washroom and I WAS DISGUSTING!!! IT SMELLS LIKE STRONG URINE AND THERE WAS URINE IN THE TOILET!!! I HAD TO WIPE IT DOWN AND THEN PUT TOULET PAPER ALLOVER SO I COULD SIT ON THE TOILET PAPER INSTEAD OF THE TOILET!!!! I WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I DIDNT HAVE TO FO SO BAD!!!1 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS!!

The car wash cleaners doesn't work properly. They're missing 3 rinsing spinning wheel ,and obviously the result is ending up with soappy car
