Car wash doesn't do its job. The front, side and back of my car are still dirty after the wash. When I asked the attendant, he said that they had changed the soap and it was normal to have stains after the wash, unless I wash my car everyday, ie. if I had a season pass. This is cheating, stay clear.

Good car wash but they could work on the drying. I find that it usually leaves spots on the windshield.

Unfortunately the car wash does not do the right job, both front and back very dirty after the wash. Then I brought my car to vacuum and got blocked by cars entering Tim Horton drive through. I learnt from this mistake and will not use this station for car wash again.

This is the worst gas station. My car is brand new in 2024. I used two machines to refuel last night. The oil gun was broken and kept stopping automatically. I added more than $40 . When I returned to the car, I found that the oil needle had not been moved. I went in and asked the waiter, but he said that there was a problem with my car and refused to solve the problem. I need to call Petro-Canada to sort it out. It’s no problem to find a shell to refuel on the way home. Close this gas station as soon as possible.

Don't buy season pass (according to my experiences), because the car wash is busy and very fast should serv the customers, it doesn't do washing properly, actually it doesn't wash the under car body, the main part would be affected by rust. And it is not a completed wash at all (look at the pics)

Worst customer service i’ve ever received in my life. I had to convince the employee Siva for 10 minutes as he blocked off the car wash line and as he told me the car wash closed at 7:00 and it was not 7 yet. After back and forth and him being rude he finally let me through. While I was in the car wash line, another employee came out and without any hassle allowed 3 more cars to come in behind me after the other employee said it was “closed”. After the car wash my entire back of the car was still very dirty. I proceeded to go inside to ask him to inspect the dirt on my car. Where then he refused to look at my car and threatened to call the police. He told me to call and complain to head office and told me he doesn’t care and will not do anything for me. 0 stars if I could.

September 10 - Petro Canada 12:56pm:The vaccum stopped working on me after paying and I asked them to restart. I don’t know why it didn’t work, they said no sorry it’s another 3$ so 6$ in total. Then I had another Indian guy behind me in line who was at the second vaccum, and I watched and waited and he turned it on for him without any money inputting. I am outraged by the negligence and disrespect I get for a broken hose, yet you have n problem letting your friends use equipment. Additionally, having to double pay for you not fixing the problem? Insane.
