WATCH OUT REAL ESTATE AGENTS - They don't pay your commission...
I experienced a significant breach of contract with Oxnard Development Inc., located at 9140 Leslie St., Unit 210, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 0A9. As a real estate agent I entered into an agreement on which stipulated that my commission would be paid in two equal instalments. While the first instalment was paid promptly, the second instalment, totalling $11,300, remains unpaid to this day despite my numerous attempts to amicably resolve the issue.
Overall Experience:
It is disheartening and professionally frustrating to deal with such negligence and disregard for contractual obligations. The lack of responsiveness from Oxnard Development Inc. has forced me to take additional steps to claim what is rightfully owed. I caution others in the real estate community to be wary of engaging with this company based on my experience.
I also spoke to Jeff Jafarpour the CEO and he was just as rude as everyone else and I will not file a claim in small claims court. Mitra wont return email and plays games. It seems like the whole company is designed to avoid paying commission.

We bought a new house build in potters gate tillsonburg ont. Buying a new house should be a joyful experience and if you want that don't buy from this builder. Covid19 definitely slowed down our build and we accept that but continually using it as an excuse for shoddy workmanship is going a bit to far. Calls to the builder or his representatives go unanswered and when you do finally contact someone all you hear is the problem will be fixed "soon", unfortunately soon never comes. I have fixed or repaired 90% of the problems in our house but others in the subdivision haven't been so lucky and are at the mercy of the almighty "soon". Bottom line is, if you want a decent well built home don't buy one from this builder. You have been warned.

Run far and run fast from this company. It has been one hurdle after another for anything we have needed fixed with this house. We live in Potters Gate Tillsonburg. Phone calls are rarely returned. The last straw was our laneway that puddles and a badaid fix was done and still has water issues. We were told oh well this happens. A builder in good faith should fix issues. We would just like to warn people before purchasing a house from Oxnard. Sherry and Dave Chandler

Customer first, Honest, Experienced, Transparency, Value, Quality, Family owned; If any of these keywords are part of you search for a new home, their will be very few that will fit in the criteria and “OXNARD” is one of them. From the start to finish they treated us with full transparency and were always available to respond to any questions or concern we had, ready to accommodate to ensure the house meets our requirements. Even with all the crazy shortage of labor &material during the pandemic, they manage to complete the interior of our house on time so that it does not delay our closing. We had nothing but excellent experience with Oxnard team and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home. Looking forward to enjoying our new home for years to come. We are First Time buyers of a new home...from our first introduction to Kings Gate built by Oxnarddevelopments...we had first class service...and any questions or concerns we had were always professionally answered with interest and care.Throughout the months of making more decisions of many details for our new home...we looked forward with anticipation to be in our new home. My fiancé and myself sent a request to get information on one of their projects. My fiance even called their head office when she did not get a response and was told email again. She has never had a response. I emailed and received an initial response with basic information. I emailed back 3 times to get specific info and same thing I have had no reply. Can’t buy a home when they can’t even return emails.

We purchased our first family home in Bowmanville from Oxnard Development, and I must say we're glad we did. Very professional builder from the first point of contact at the sales office to getting the keys. Had a few minor things that needed to be addressed after closing, and the staff at Oxnard were a pleasure to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you very much for building us a cozy home for our family, and for exceeding our expectations!!!

If I could post zero stars I would. House was a disaster upon move in. The house was not painted, just primer. A centimeter of dried mud covering the entire basement. We cleaned ourselves as it had not been taken care of after several weeks. AC unit not installed properly. List goes on forever. Worst decision of my life.
