We couldn't be happier with our home, excellent quality of build. Oxnard provided us with great customer service, very professional, and always responsive. The only home builder I have dealt with that truly cares about their customers and building communities.

If I could post zero stars I would. House was a disaster upon move in. The house was not painted, just primer. A centimeter of dried mud covering the entire basement. We cleaned ourselves as it had not been taken care of after several weeks. AC unit not installed properly. List goes on forever. Worst decision of my life.
