“I printed a large Welcome Wedding Sign here back in October 2023. I came in two days before my wedding date (since I had been misinformed by Staples staff about same day turnaround time). I was in a panic since what I needed wasn’t available for same-day service, but the printing manager was incredibly helpful and kind! As a bride scrambling last minute, she was so kind to guarantee the sign be ready first thing the next day & took down my number in case of any issues. Luckily, she was so diligent to let me know my sign had printed blurry due to the resolution, texted me a website to fix the issue & re-printed it in time for pick up! I highly recommend their printing services here and the comfort in knowing that management will go above and beyond!!”

I recently visited Staples to send a package, and I had a very positive experience thanks to an employee named Ayaz. From start to finish, the service was efficient, respectful, and professional.
Although the printing and shipping area can be a bit busy, Ayaz proactively guided customers and helped keep things moving smoothly. He politely directed me to the appropriate cashier and ensured that everyone was served in an organized and fair manner. His communication was clear, calm, and helpful throughout the process.
Ayaz was patient and attentive, taking the time to explain the shipping process and answer my questions without rushing. His attitude was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience stress-free and pleasant. It was clear that he cared about providing good service and supporting both customers and his colleagues.
