“Had an awesome experience at POI Steelcase on Steeles thanks to Joe Digirolamo! He was super helpful in walking me through all the different chairs, letting me try them out, and making sure I picked the right one. Joe went above and beyond — he even delivered my chair personally, which was such a nice touch.

I’ve seen some comments about chair quality, and I haven’t had mine long enough to judge, but based on the service I got, I’m confident Joe and the POI team will have my back if anything comes up. Highly recommend them!”

“I printed a large Welcome Wedding Sign here back in October 2023. I came in two days before my wedding date (since I had been misinformed by Staples staff about same day turnaround time). I was in a panic since what I needed wasn’t available for same-day service, but the printing manager was incredibly helpful and kind! As a bride scrambling last minute, she was so kind to guarantee the sign be ready first thing the next day & took down my number in case of any issues. Luckily, she was so diligent to let me know my sign had printed blurry due to the resolution, texted me a website to fix the issue & re-printed it in time for pick up! I highly recommend their printing services here and the comfort in knowing that management will go above and beyond!!”
