Always fun to visit to check out new things, but items haven’t changed much. Some items have been for sale since they came to Canada 2017. Cheapy Bluetooth Speakers, household items, toiletries, make up…I will revisit in another 5yrs and post again.
Newish item was overpriced Hot Wheels for $2.99! Walmart has them for $1.91, even Dollarama is $2.00. Some new dollar type toys, sunglasses, character pillows, turtle chips.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Went inside this establishment around 4:10pm on a Saturday with 2 friends. I immediately felt that we were being watched and followed, which turned out to be correct. I noticed other reviewers mentioned the worker named “Vivian”? I promptly informed the cashier that “we aren’t stealing”, which he mumbled something under his breath. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop at this store due to the antics of the workers.

Would give negative stars if possible.
My daughter likes to shop fringes here for herself and her friends.
Sold defective product and when went back to replace the exact same item (little over one week, with receipt) they refused to exchange or make it work any how. The product was worth mere $2. Bad customer service and dealing with customers. felt like I was dealing with a third world country CSR. Have not seen such cheap mindset stores in the past. Would not go here or recommend this store to anyone.

Don't shop here unless you want to be accused of stealing and chased after by staff member named Vivan. Great way to promote you already poor customer service. Maybe if you all stopped talking and actually paid attention on the job, like everyone else in your reviews mentioned, your ratings would be better. Last time I shop here and I will be sure to spread the word.

The staff at this location are very preoccupied with talking with each other and stocking the shelves versus being attentive to customer needs. Today I was shopping with my son and looking to try and complete the individual Lego sets. I had to stand next to the shelf the staff was stocking to wait and wait for the staff to finish stocking the shelf. Not once did she ask if I needed help or even offer to help. She essentially ignored the fact I was trying to find something for my son until I asked if she could let me have a look. I find this location is lacking the basic fundamentals of customer service. Very disappointed. They could do so much better.

Never heard or saw employee call client " hey hey hey" she need to learn how to talk to people, we requested to talk to manager and they ignore.
