Bought 3 items and was charged for a 4th item I did not buy. Be careful and verify as I suspect this might be on purpose as I find it strange for staff not noticing it. To get the refund, I had to spend time and gas once more. Very unhappy, I do not recommend that store.

The service at this location has gone down from before. The staff doesn’t know their products. I bought my son the new Beyblade X but they were not compatible with the original Beyblade stadium and starter. When I asked the staff about it, she just keep saying she doesn’t know anything because the product was new! All she told me to do was to look it up online myself and get it somewhere else. Terrible service!

The store is small and not busy at all. Smaller variety compare to ToysRUs. We could find anything for the teens. I would say it’s good for toddlers and children around 10 years.

Beware! They are scammers!
Once I returned two toys and they gave me a gift card. After that, I went to the store to buy some toys with the gift card and they said they had a new owner and the gift card was unusable plus they said they can’t do anything about it.??
Do not go here to buy stuff because the only thing they care about is money!??

Be aware of them, really scam!
Never buy gift cards from them. They started ending up with :sorry, gift cards are not acceptable because the company ownership has been changed "
Ok, first of all, you guys sold the product and someone paid for that. You can not simply ignore the liability, and the money was paid for those cards,
Second, when the ownership is changing, the new owner just simply take care of the whole thing , not the only ones in their favor!
That's called scam, theft, stealing someone money!!! ?
A real shame?
Even after telling them this, they started laughing ???

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the practice of giving priority to kids first in the Lego Build and Take event that took place yesterday, May 5, 2024. The promotional ads and emails did not specify that the event was for kids only; they only stated an age requirement of 6+. This approach can lead to neglecting the rights and needs of other adults who also have a passion for Lego. It is essential to create a balance and ensure that all individuals are treated fairly and equally, regardless of age. I urge for a more balanced approach that considers the needs of all individuals involved, rather than solely focusing on prioritizing children. It is crucial to promote fairness and equality. My husband, another adult, and I had to wait for more than 2 hours to see if there were any sets left. We will never go back to this store.

I love this store, but the customer service I received on December 8, 2023 from an older lady at the gift wrapping section was outrageous and deserves to be posted here. I had 2 gifts that needed to be wrapped. I initially wanted to wrap them together, but was advised it’s impossible, which was totally fine. I then asked for a bow to what I was told that they don’t have any. So, I thought that’s fine and asked if they can make something nice with the ribbon instead. The lady didn’t even try to help me and instead said that they “don’t do it here and frankly they don’t have the time for this right now”. I am sorry, what? It was Friday, middle of the day, not busy at all and it takes 2 minutes to wrap a ribbon around a gift and curl the ends. Yes, may be you don’t usually do this, but if I asked, can you not help me or perhaps find another way to accommodate my request? It was a very unpleasant experience and I regret I didn’t turn around and didn’t return these gifts right there and then. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this store unless they retrain or better yet replace this employee.

Terrible management. Similar to other recent reviews, I went to return items and they said my items were final sale. Nowhere on my receipt does it say final sale. At the time of purchase, I was not told it was final sale. In fact I remember asking the salesperson at the time of purchase if my items were final sale and she said no. It sounds like they are trying to apply a new policy and are handling it in a very poor way. The assistant manager was fishing for fake reasons not to give me a refund. She finally gave me a store credit, but it should have been a proper refund. After using my store credit, I will not be shopping here again.
