We bought an NX350h from Hanna recently. She was very patient and knowledgeable, showed us all the features of the car and gave useful suggestions. We appreciated her help and all other staff at this dealership, so far we are very happy about our new car.

What an unforgettable Halloween...We've placed an order for a new vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. Yesterday around noon time, I received a call from our sales rep saying our new vehicle had arrived. She asked if we can pick up the vehicle yesterday. I said I need time to arrange and set the appointment at 3pm to meet at the dealership. I arrived there on time and waited for 40 minutes. Finally we sat down and tried to finalize the details. I declined most of the add-on/accessories and our sales rep said she'll be back with the updated Bill of Sale and the VIN. 10 minutes later, she came back and said there's no vehicle for us. She gave me a bunch of reasons/excuses but that didn't mean much. I was so shocked and disappointed. This is not the first time our family getting a vehicle from this dealership. I got a headache not knowing how to explain this to my spouse since I've just told her about the arrival of her new vehicle a few hours ago. How could a Lexus dealership do this to a customer? How could a Lexus dealership put a customer through this kind of pain? I wonder if I'd agreed to all the add-on/accessories that our sales rep suggested, would that have a different outcome? It's too bad that we need a vehicle more than this dealership needs us since they have so many customers. We feel so helpless... What a horrible trick that Richmond Hill Lexus played on us...or should I call this a treat?

Good sales but terrible service.
Hard to get through.
Never call back .
Long-awaited appointment was just wasted . And it was not the first time.
Spent 2days in attempts to get registered for another appointment to fix the issues. Could not do that.
Made appointment with another dealership within 5 min.
I would recommend to perform very basic maintenance at this dealership. For every thing else find a more professional one.

This is our 2nd purchase with Luisa. She is very attentive and detailed and always willing to make sure we leave the dealership very happy. I highly recommend her. All the staff is friendly and professional from the front desk to the business team, to the service team etc…
