Best LCBO i have come across. Great collection, good offers, aisles spic n span, staff is helpful. I almost crossed 300 as i don't stay in this city. But will now become my goto LCBO center. I'm sure Richmond hills folks will agree with me.

It was a good store, with a large variety of different types of drinks.
It wasn’t too crowded and we could find plenty of items.
The parking lot was helpful too.

I recently visited the LCBO store and had a very perplexing experience at the cashier. I purchased eight beers and inquired about the price of ice. To my surprise, the cashier responded with "no barking." Confused, I asked for clarification, and she repeatedly told me to "stop barking," even though I was simply asking a question.
Finding this response unprofessional and bizarre, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager dismissed it as a misunderstanding and did not offer any satisfactory explanation. When I asked the manager to address the issue with the cashier, the cashier refused to even look at the manager or provide any clarification.
This encounter left me feeling bewildered and disrespected. Such behavior is not what I expect from LCBO employees. As government employees funded by our taxes, they should have a little bit of decency and professionalism. I hope that the store addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

This was a Sunday visit in the afternoon, as I had placed an order online and went to go pick it up, and planned to buy some whites.
Noteworthy, there was a lot of empty shelves, which could be a good sign items are selling...or the shelves are not being restocked. I found the online inventory here claimed to have some items I was interested in, but the shelf was empty.
Usually I give LCBOs 5 stars, but as I said, this was a Sunday, so I have to wonder why when I stood face to face with the one employee in the vintages section inquiring where I might find the Gruner Veltliner, he turned, walked away, and headed into the back, and never even acknowledged me.
I found it on my own.
Just not too impressed by that occurrence, as it's never happened at any LCBO before, and as I noted a Sunday afternoon, very few people in the store...so the 1 star deduction for this, and empty shelves where it claimed online to have the items I sought. No one else was on the floor and I had little interest chasing someone down after the brushoff.
Pluses - The online order was ready to pickup 90 minutes after I placed the order. There was a decent selection of wines, even with the ones I was most interested in not on the shelf. Cashiers were really helpful too.
I'll return here as the selection is different from Bayview and Avenue Road locations enough to make the trip worth the while.
