Very well-curated selection. I like to go into a specialized store that has staff available to help vs waiting for 15min at SportingLife or something to find out they don’t even carry the best styles. One stop shop and I come to the mall just for this store.

Parents BEWARE!! I spent over $80 at their Fairview mall location. I returned the items and received a store credit. Fairview went bankrupt and have contacted head office over 5x times via email and phone but received no response. It has been over a month!! With 0/10 customer service I am sure it is only a matter of time before the other locations close down.... Joke of a head office!!

We went in today to get our son fitted for shoes and winter boots. Kate was super amazing and helpful and so good with our little guy! We love the new shoes and boots and we will be back when he grows out of them. Thanks for all your help and product knowledge Kate!

Edit: I had to drive a long distance to return in Richmond Hill store, staff onsite were polite and cooperative and processed the return quickly. I'm changing stars from 1 to 3.Initial comment:I bought a pair of shoes for my son and were told if it doesn't fit return it to any branch and get refund. I went to fairview mall because it's closer and they say it's not possible. You need to go to original store. Very customer unfriendly business. Lots of inconvenience.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I brought my son in for new shoes and I had very goodbamd helpful customer service.Even though the store was busy with customers I did not have to wait very long - just 2 minutes.The staff member was very helpful and gave good recommendations.ATTENTION: For customers to Kiddie Cobbler for the first time, expect the store to be busy and you will need to be a little patient for service. Kiddie Kobbler is the best shoe store for young kids and is usually busy

Will give 0 if I could!The guy and I am assuming his wife who own the store are probably going through a breakup or something. The guy didn’t even care about the fact that he stood me for a good 20 minutes and not showing up. Finally he came from the back (storage area) like nothing happend and said: may I help you?! I mean I hated myself that moment thinking that I could have left. But the fact that they carry good types of boots made me tolerate his behavior just because of my kid! Now I am thinking I will pay more money to purchase the same boot online than going to their store!I know business is going down and people are angry during COVID. We all are. But come on! At least, try to be nice to those who try to save your business by buying your merchandises!

I have shopped at the Hillcrest location many times with only good things to say, but this week was the best experience yet! I was starting to get a little anxious because both my daughters needed shoes and sandals for the summer and I wasn't sure how I could buy good quality shoes with malls still closed. A friend told me that Kiddie Kobbler Hillcrest was taking orders over the phone and that they were arranging curb side pickup or home delivery. I left a message and Stephanie returned it right away. She was fantastic!! She sent me various pictures of what she had in stock in my daughters' size and sent them to me to choose which ones we liked best. She put them on hold for me and we met the next day. It was completely contact free and safely distanced. My daughters were able to try on each pair of shoes outside the mall and Stephanie was able to see if they fit well. It was such a seamless experience! Thank you so much!!

Very poor costumer service. Be careful, they practically do not accept any return, as they put some % off on almost all items in the store.I went there for my little boy, he didn't want to walk in the store, so I checked with them and manager he told me that's the right size.I bought and checked at home, unfortunately it was too small. I returned the day after. Bigger size wasn't available and they refused to refund me and manager told me you should have asked before buying if we refund. I only have a receipt and have to wait for the right size to become available in that store.

Anna went to great lengths to assist me today on a purchase for my granddaughters. I rarely go into Kiddie Kobbler but this kind of attentive service and exceptional product quality has made me a customer for life. Thank You again.

Great selection of shoes and surprisingly carry some winter gear I found Columbia snow pants for a fraction of the price compared to Sporting life and sportscheck and even have children's moose knuckle jackets. I find it fairly prices , and its always calm in there.
Lol are you kidding someone left a comment about not being able to shop because theres a gum ball machine and you didn't want your kids to have a gum ball?????? BooWhooo.
