Replaced for a new washer.
Customer service was communicated quickly and promptly. The installers that came are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Their service was amazing. Highly recommended!
They even followed up to be sure everything is ok after they left to be sure the test wash run went well.

I phoned Karl & Son appliances to come & check my dishwasher as soon As possible that was late in the day & Leah followed up on the time of arrival so I was kept informed. My 12+ year old dishwasher was leaking badly so I needed a new one. When I got a new one( model I wanted was already sold at Karl’s) I asked them to install & remove old one. Leah made sure we got Megel the serviceman over as soon as the washer arrived. So 1 hour job done, dishwasher tested, area cleaned, old one removed. All done with a very pleasant attitude. Thank you.
