“We recently had a ring reset. We wanted to update the setting from three diamonds to a solitaire. Alex and Maggie took the time to understand what we wanted, provided a few options and worked with us on the final design. The new ring is exactly what we wanted and the craftsmanship is superb. Maggie suggested saving the old setting with the addition of a new gemstone in the centre. At first we weren't sure. Alex and Maggie showed us a few different coloured gemstones as options. We relied on their expertise and the old setting with its new centre gemstone is better than we thought - truly magnificent. In fact both rings are magnificent. Alex and Maggie are wonderful to work with and their quality is excellent. And, most importantly, my wife loves both rings.”
