What a crappy store. Why should I be waiting in lines for a change room when they are selling premium products? Why are booths not manned? Customer service is garbage.

Had a fantastic experience at The Bay at Hillcrest Mall! Tayebeh was incredibly helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to assist my kids in finding the perfect outfits. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable for all of us. Highly recommend!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Hudson’s Bay in Hillcrest Mall. The customer service was far below standard. The cashier and manager on duty not only wasted my time but also displayed a poor attitude toward customers.
Throughout the interaction, they spoke to each other in a different language (Farsi), which made me feel excluded and uncomfortable. They also rolled their eyes, which came across as rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling stupid and worthless as a customer.
Based on this experience, I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sharing my experience with others. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service in the future.

Hillcrest is my favorite Shopping Mall. Great selection of stores. I shop at the The Bay all the time and at the Olsen department. The sales ladies are very friendly and helpful they make my shopping experience wonderful. Thank you

The store is usually well-organized, and it’s easy to find what you need. Customer service is always helpful. Overall, it’s a reliable department store with something for everyone.
