Purchased a Toto Nexus from the store and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Thanks to Sharon who was absolutely knowledgeable with the Toto line-up and she was able to explain the difference between each one of the model. I have never had anyone who was able to do half of her job and I was never comfortable spending that much money and not knowing what exactly I am getting.
Sharon is hands down the go-to person on Toto products and I would recommend this store in a heartbeat.

The sales team, specifically Raymond, is fantastic. He patiently explained all the differences between various shower kits, water softeners, toilets, and vanities. It really helped us decide on our purchases. We'll come back when it's time to do our next renovation. I highly recommend visiting if you're looking for bathroom hardware.

Home Comfort Center recently replaced three toilets and installed a water softener system in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Opened by Hong Kong people, specifically to deceive Chinese people. There is no warranty and they won't care if something breaks. . . . Owned by Hongkongese, no warranty of their products, very pricy!
