I bought a package of potatoes yesterday, and all of them were rotten from the inside. When I informed the manager, they dismissively told me that they cannot check the potatoes for me, almost like she was mocking me. Very disappointing experience.

Avoid buying dirt or compost from this place. On different occasions, I purchased top soil and cow/sheep manure which turned out to be clay dirt mix with sewage. It stank up my yard/garden for months with no benefit to plants. Produce there are also not fresh. Avoid this place. There's a Walmart nearby, much more reliable.

Not the first time I have bad experience, but this time I have had it. I purchased a soy drink (among other things). When opened it, it was already spoiled, so spoiled in fact, what flowed out was not a drink but a blob of goo. I suspect they fiddled with the expiry dates. I tried to return it the next day but lost my receipt. I said I paid with my credit card, they should be able to find out, but they refused. I put it there and left. ps. Bad product, worse customer relation. Stay away from Fresco. Never going back.

Everytime even though it is crowded, there is always one or two cashiers open. You have to wait for a long time. and too much slows down.

I’ve been doing my grocery shopping from this location since the birth of this place. Never had a problem. great service, variety of products from different countries and cultures. But if you have a washroom for your customers it should be as tidy and clean as your store. I know we as customers are the one who make it dirty but at least someone should look after it once a day if not every hour. I don’t think this washroom has been touched for a week. Thanks
