Avoid This Business at All Costs
Fresh N Cleaner's complete lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge their mistake is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable laundry service to avoid this business at all costs.

Unprofessional Service & Damaged Clothing - Avoid Fresh N Cleaner! I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my experience with Fresh N Cleaner. Last week, I brought in a Blue Polo Shirt with a stain for cleaning. Unfortunately, when I got it back, I discovered a new tear in the fabric. I contacted Fresh N Cleaner to explain the situation. Instead of offering any apology or solution, the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude. They denied responsibility for the damage.

I moved my business here because they are open Sunday which is a great Convenience when I forget to pick up my cleaning on Saturday.

I always give my laundry here for dry cleaner and they are generally good for pants and suits. When I gave my daughter's pretty lace dress, they shrunk the lace and changed the colour from white to yellow. When my husband questioned the lady at the counter, she said "I don't know". My husband even paid for the dry cleaner of the dress. I would not trust them with your expensive or delicate items.

The most terrible dry cleaner ever. I brought my winter coat and they ruined the real fur in the hoodie. When I argued with them the lady showed me a febreeze air freshener and told me they just spray the fur with this. Very unprofessional and they dont take responsibility. The only thing they did is to offer me a discount. Dont recommend that place.
