I like this store because it has an outside butcher (O Nosso Talho) and a pharmacy, But I have three major criticisms. The first is that they seem to always be out of anything on special as well as many other major items by the afternoon. They need to restock during the day or order more. The second is that they often cannot find the correct price for imported and bulk items and they have refused to sell me something because they could not price it. The third is that they could be a lot neater around the produce department.

Slipped and fell in the store on something slippery. Thank goodness for the lovely young boy that helped me. Took over a week off work as I injured my arm and. My leg. Funny how they take all my information down. And no one. Especially the manager who should take charge. Call to see how I am. I have been shopping here for over 10 years. Left with disappointment.

Every time I buy meat from here, it's rotten. The expiration date can be a week away but as soon as I open the package it smells horrible and vinegary.

I came here grocery shopping with my toddler, who had to use the bathroom midway through our shopping trip. The bathroom was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. It REEKED of stale urine. The toilet paper dispenser was empty and the replacement roll was ON THE FLOOR. The handsoap dispenser was broken so you had to scoop the liquid soap out of the top (one star because at least there was soap?). Thank God my kid's not in diapers because the change table was FILTHY. It looked like it's never been cleaned. When I got into my car to go home, my shoes still stank of stale urine. I had to clean our shoes when we got home. If this is what management / owners think is acceptable, my God, what are we NOT seeing in other parts of the store. Run don't walk elsewhere. Revolting. I will never be back.

It's a very nice grocery store. Competitive prices compare to Walmart. I believe the store is Corporate owned, that's why it nice & bright. Clean as well. I love to shop there.

Excellent butcher department. Friendly staff. But the store is kept very unorganized, garbage everywhere. It’s just a mess. No shopping basket(anywhere). I mean NO basket whatsoever. And the vegetables are put away 1 hour before closing.

It's for the second time I'm going there and there's no basket. Also the cart area was empty. It looks like they don't want people to go and buy there. After a hard day of work, they making it harder to purchase your grocery. I asked the cashier why there is no more baskets, she said people steal them that's why management decided no more basket. If the management does not respect the customers and force people to purchase the bag no cart available, some people my ticket personal and threw away your baskets. This is closest store to my home convenience for me, but hard to go shopping. I think I have to find a replacement for them.
