I wished i could give 0 star. I went there 2 times for a black and white page and only on sided. I got different price each time. Once 2 and once 1$. Like how? There is no fixed price for anything. Just as the wind goes.The guy is rude. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Use welcome centre or UPC stores

I asked the guy if I can print the label. He printed for me without saying anything after all was done he tells me it’s $2.50. For two black/white pages. I should have just gone to Staples and spent 35 cents. I didn’t appreciate his dishonesty and taking advantage of the customer like that.

Very poor customer service and rude staff!I went to this place to drop off my return package, and I asked them to give me the receipt. They were very impatient and reluctant to give me a receipt. Finally the guy gave me the package back and said he would not send it to me... Very unprofessional and irresponsible service!

Came here to drop off a box and they are a legalized fed ex shipping centre. Hardly any line ups and pretty efficient. It’s inside No Frills so pretty convenient after grocery shopping!

Very poor customer service. They make you pay 2$ for the shipping label which FedEx already pays them. Go to another location to save your time and money.

Called in advance to ensure that they had shipping supplies and could print my waybill for me. I was told they could. Arrived and was rudely informed that they only had small boxes and I would have to pay to use their internet and pay to print the waybill. When I told the clerk I felt like he lied to me by omission he said "that's your problem."Horribly rude.

I don’t think service can get any poorer than this Depot. I arrived near the cutoff with a time sensitive box of biologicals for an international shipment. I realized that I printed the wrong waybill. At that point the owner said too bad. Couldn’t offer a paper waybill that I could complete since I still had all the customs paperwork with me. Said I could use his printer for $2.50. Pathetic non existent service. And all done in front of the FedEx driver who was hanging around waiting to make his last trip of the day, I imagine. Use google find another place. In fact there is one 2 km away. I called Fedex and made a complaint. FedEx offered to do a pick up at my home but by then it was too late to make the overnight cutoff. So in summary - the place has no service, no resources to help you. Don’t give them your business.

Can learn a thing or two about what service means. Not attentive... not helpful. Made me feel like I was lucky to have the pleasure of using the service. Look for another ship center... don't use this one.

Very consistent... nobody mis-delivers routine packages more reliably than FedEx. I have a house, and they might get 20% of packages to my door. Pathetic.
