Poor lady customer and the Rude gas station owner!!
I saw a decent-looking lady tried to print the receipt in front of the pump after fueling. Then she started her car and was leaving. But suddenly a couple ran out of the office and stop the lady's car saying that the gas not paid yet. The lady came out the car and said " I used the SPEEDPASS, just wondering why the receipt could not be printed. May be something wrong with the link to my credit card". She followed the gas station owner(manager) to the office for payment. At this point, another guy asked what happen. The owner loudly announced that she just want to run away without pay. Oh....my, The lady immediately raised her voice: what? I just did not recognize the SPEEDPASS not went through the payment. and I am now follow you to pay. I am in the neighbour hood, and always come here for gas, about twice a month. Why you just want to insult me like this?
After the lady's speaking, do you think the owner should stop yelling and be nice to the lady?
No, he still yelling like this: I can call the police because you try to run away.........
I can see how frustrated and innocent the lady is. And I feel so sick on the owner:
1. He is so not professional to run a business... you should create nice and friendly atmosphere instead of trouble, the trouble for your customers, and may be big troubles for yourself later on,
2. He should have a sense of service, not only the sense of making money.
3. It's understandable that he should protect against gas stealing. I don't think this happens often in this neighbour hood. But he should have a basic sense to judge people....No, he can't.He behaves like so raw and rude, like a barbarian from somewhere uncultivated place. That's why so many bad reviews for this place.
Hope the lady won't mind too much about this bad experience in this specific place for the people like this.

I was roaming around in that area , and didn’t realize that I did not have enough gas for my car, so I stopped by here to fill up my tank and it was okay.

Great gas station with car wash. It is at a convenient location on Yonge Street Richmond Hill and near Aurora.Most of the time when I get there during winter especially after snowing, they have ample free wind shield washing liquid, cleaning wipes, hand sanitizer and disposable gloves for use to clean out the dirts from the wind shields/ windows. Great that they are always prepared.

Worst worst experience??No proper facilities for customersI recommend to others don’t visit this gas station. After filling gas I went for wash room no hot water got surprised in winter Season no proper facility. I already informed to the cashier regarding this problem I often visit to this gas station. No changes so far. Never gonna visit this gas station again.Ridiculous service
