If I were able to leave a zero star review, I would. 2 weeks ago I purchased a gift card for $50 dollars. He rang me through and I immediately noticed that the receipt showed approved for the transaction but card not activated. I pointed this out to him right away. He panicked right away and said well I'm sure it's fine. Said that since the funds showed approved, there's no way that the card can't be activated. I felt really uneasy about this, since it was a birthday gift and suggested refund me and re-activate a new card. He said well let's just leave it like this and if there's an issue come back. Went on to say that he will make sure to fix it for me if there is a problem. We'll fast forward 2 weeks and sure enough the card was not activated. I took the card back and guess what...there's nothing he can do now and suggested I email head office. Made me stay in the store for over and hour while he 'tried' to resolve this for me. When I got upset that he lied to me and had no intention to help, he called the police. I was happy to leave but he was holding my gift card and would not give me his name. All and all, really disappointed with the level of service provided, and I'm out 50 bucks.

Today I went to buy chocolates at this store in Oakridges and they had mixed up chocolates in the wrong bins so when I reached the cashier the price showed different so he had to call the manager. Manager was extremely rude and her tone and her body language did not demonstrate any professionalism at all to manage a store.Zero customer service by her and I will never go to this store ever again.Owner at this store should educate this female manager who worked on May 7th around 8pm.

Seems like everywhere else, they don't want to hire more people. Stayed 15 min in a lineup. Get more employees. The items are good though and overworked staff are so nice.

The store is supposed to open at 8:00 am. Doors were still locked at 8:08 am and two staff were standing inside. Don't understand why staff still had the doors locked - should be following the opening hours posted, not opening whenever they feel like it.
