I’m a frequent customer at this Costco and I come here often to shop and enjoy the $1.50 hot dogs. Today I decided to be adventurous and try out their chicken strips. You would think that their most expensive item on menu would be at least half decent. However, mid-bite I was surprised to discover it was not entirely cooked. Inside was pink/grey and slimy - will not be visiting again.

Today, 15:35, I together with my kid went to buy a whole pizza with a joyful mood. I plan to seperate the pizza into 5 pieces and gift to his friends at home waiting. But everything changed when the elder lady served with bad attitude, no patience, no kindness. Things went like this: after a lady brought out my pizza when i ask for paper plate with cover. when we talked suddenly the elder lady rush over and grab all the plates that young lady was handing over to me. She shouted "there is no cover" and put all the plate back to the rack with a gloomy, bored, impatient face. My kid was scared and asked me why she acted like that. In fact, I waited for my pizza for ten minutes. During that time, the elder lady showed impatience already. She shouted to another boy "I called you over and over ....." just because the boy maybe can't understand her english right before her eyes. It's bad and need to be retreived.

I have a Love and Hate Relationship with Costco! It is fun to browse the store and pick up a Rotisserie Chicken. But I ended up buying so many nonsense and the chicken ++ cost me $100+. This Costco is my to go location. I found it is less busy than others. I usually able to find a parking if I don't mind walking from the far lot near Petsmart. The selections seems to be a little less than Yorktech's location but I always able to find more than I need. Food Court has the usual $1.50 hot dog and I love ordering the Poutine (always a lot of cheese curds!) Check out is fast and the staff seems to have a good system to move the lines. Staff always eager to help.

This Costco was packed when we went this Friday evening, full of people shopping or just enjoying food at the cafeteria. Note: If you are from the US shopping at a Canadian Costco, they don't accept US Visas here. However, if you have a Costco Citi card, that works! Sadly, they don't have a lot of good sparkling water options here. My friends and I had a hard time finding one that we liked. However, they had men's Hokas on sale for 99.99 so we had to cop a few pairs, haha. Costco is a fun time! We also enjoyed some poutine (which you can't get in the US). The fries were pretty soggy but the poutine was pretty good for what it was. It is really heavy so definitely have a few friends to share it with if you're not able to eat it on your own. I wish the gravy was hotter and the cheese curds were just OK. Overall, worth a try! I hear that the fries by themselves (without the gravy or cheese curds) slaps.

Lots of people buying in bulk here! I have no complaints. It's a bigger Costco first of all, compared to its counterparts in Markham. So in terms of space, it's winning! What really gets me with this Costco however, is that they always have what I need. Maybe because of its size? They are always well stocked and have full of produce. I do find shoppers here a bit more aggressive with driving and finding a parking spot, so I recommend parking farther from the exit and walking over. Other than that, great Costco! I recommend it!

Great value for the money. The selection isn't large but the items they offer are always amazing. Hot dog is by the far the best item on the menu, for only a dollar and a half you get a decent size hot dog and a drink. It's often hard to find an empty table though.

The food here is really good, especially at the price point. However, some of the ladies behind the counter serving orders have zero customer service skills.I have see them talk down to customers. Their lack of professionalism creates a lot of frustration for the customers as well for themselves.Part of the frustration is the lack of proper order tracking. Whoever is working behind the counter has to yell out the order number. Why can't they install a TV over/beside the counter that reads out, 'Now Serving Order #____' ?Today I had asked for Onions, and the one lady flat out lied and said no more. I was lucky another worker checked and turned out they had. Again, zero customer service/satisfaction.There are 2 or 3 really bad ladies working behind the counter who don't know how to do their job properly. The rest of the crew is great.
