A lady that I believe the owner is extremely rude. My friends and I require student id to go inside. And when we asked why, she said it’s none of our business. We are forced to wait outside in the cold or leave if no student id is provided. She rushes us out the store and doesn’t even give us the time to get our food. Terrible service.

Never visit this place the owner went to piss and did not allow me to go to the washroom and said that it’s out of order after all he used it.Worst place.And rude owner.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful with uncontrollable anger issues and yells at customers for very stupid reasons like spending to much time in the bathroom or looking around the store for to long I even heard one of my friends saying she called the police on her for eating Tim’s food in the store and not leaving after checking out. Personally I think if the money you make is coming from the people buying from ur store and ect you should treat them with more respect.

They quite literally have ROTTEN slushees for sale, the smell and taste is absolutely horrible. They used to clean and maintain these machines regularly, i will NOT be purchasing from this location again.

The female staff member was extremely rude and her coworker didn’t do anything to make the situation better. She looked like a crazy lady in a long winter jacket, she didn’t introduce herself as a staff member or anything just told me to leave.If she said something like: “hey I work here and there is a 5 person limit in the store, could you PLEASE wait outside” it would have been different. Cashier lady needs some training or to be reprimanded. No one should speak to humans the way she did. (Christmas Saturday at 11am).The Circle K needs to come up with a plan instead of yelling at customers. What happened to the customer is always right?Other amenities are fine just don’t expect stellar customer service if you come here.

Awful, just awful experience. I felt that Daniel was irritated by me entering store immediately! The way he spoke to me and acted in front of my kid was humiliating and disrespectful!Will never go back there again!!!!
