We had a phenomenal experience with Caspian Development Corp - Mahsa, Payam and the whole team are the best! They did quality work renovating our bathroom at a very reasonable price, and truly went above and beyond throughout the process. We are grateful to them for their hard work and expert skill sets! Our new bathroom is already receiving tons of compliments.

We are so very pleased with all of the work done in our backyard by the team at Caspian Development Group! They were prompt, incredibly helpful, had great suggestions and solutions and answered all questions with thoughtful and insightful guidance. They provided a detailed quote with each mini project broken out and were easily able to complete the 3 smaller projects in 2 days. They worked through some plot twists with our deck replacement and ensured it was safe and sound for our family to use moving forward. They removed an invasive plant from our backyard and garage and ensured everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards. They also helped to solution a gate in our fence for easier access to the backyard which is very helpful now! Their pricing was very reasonable, they were great at communicating any additional elements that were out of scope, worked through hot and rainy days with dedication and professionalism. I look forward to working with them again for future projects and would highly recommend their services! Big shout out and jobs well done to Payam and Mahsa!!

From start to finish, we were extremely pleased with the way Caspian Development Group (CDG) went about transforming our front, side and backyard landscaping! It was a big project and we appreciated how Payam & Mahsa took care of the permits and all interactions with the city and how they (and their design team) clearly presented our vision in 2D & 3D renderings. They narrowed down materials and design element options in very organized documents with pictures and descriptions, always giving their recommendations for the best fit and finish that would help realize our vision. There was lots of effective and open communication and explanation that allowed for quick and easy trouble-shooting whenever twists and turns occurred (they always do). Payam & Mahsa were always on site as project managers and Payam was involved in all aspects and phases of the build - I appreciate when the GC is hands-on with the project. The entire Caspian crew were always polite, respectful and kept the site tidy and organized to allow us to go about our daily routines. This was our first project with CDG and we will continue to reach out to them for any future interior or exterior renovation and construction needs! Thank you CDG!

These guys at CDGC did an excellent job painting and replacing the hardwood on my main floor. They have great attention to detail, called out a couple of potential risks in the project when they gave me the estimate to minimize the surprise element for me.
Job site was left tidy, and everything was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Caspian Development Group Corp for all your general contracting jobs in the GTA.

Payam and team did an incredible job on our deck. They are wonderful to work with and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the project. They were able to power wash and stain our back deck and front porch in a timely manner and was extremely communicative throughout the project. I would call Payam for any project I needed - big or small and have referred him to other friends in the area.

Weve worked with Caspian for the last few years on a number of projects. They just finished our back deck walk-out and did a stellar job. It looks better than we could have imagined. We asked for specific things, they signed, sealed and delivered! The team was professional, easy to work with and great at communicating with us. The quality of their work is awesome and they truly listened to our requests. They are currently finishing our basement too! Cant wait for the results!

These guys are by far the most professional, knowledgeable, cleanest, and most efficient renovation team that I have ever dealt with in a long time .... and given the nature of what I do, I have dealt with a lot of contractors. My condo renovation cost came in under initial estimates, with no surprises, and best of all everything was completed 3 days ahead of schedule. Did I mention that they cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess behind .. which meant I didn't have to spend a bundle on professional. post construction cleaning fees. I'm definitely using Caspian Development Group for my next flip project, and highly recommend them to others looking for any kind of renovations.

We worked with Payam in the design and execution of our project which included new deck, new fence, concrete pads for hydropool and shed, driveway, stone work and new sod.
It was a pleasure to work with Payam and his team. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.
