Carcone's Auto Works is an amazing auto repair shop. My tires are exploded,Jodon (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) didn’t overcharge us just because we’re foreigners. The repairs were done very quickly, which showed his professionalism. He even helped us fix some small issues at no extra cost, and the price was fair and reasonable. Due to the language barrier, I can’t fully express how grateful I am. Overall, he’s a good man, and I wish that God blesses him and his business with great success.

Customer service was top teir. First time here, brought my nissan sentra and they quickly knew what the issue was along with being reasonably priced. They are a distance way from me but this is the new stop for all my car service needs. Thank you Carcon Auto Works!

I have been a loyal customer of Carcone's Auto Service for years, and they never fail to impress me. The owner, Jordan, and his team consistently provide top-notch service and care for my vehicle.
Most recently, I visited for an oil change and also received a quote for additional repairs. As always, the service was thorough, efficient, and done with a high level of professionalism.
Located conveniently in Richmond Hill on Newkirk Street, close to the Go Train station, Carcone's Auto Service is easy to access and offers excellent customer service. I highly recommend Jordan and his team for any auto service needs. You won't be disappointed!

I called first thing in the morning told Jordan about my problem with the check engine light after just purchasing my vehicle. He told me he was working on something but would make time to check out my error. I came in he checked it out and told me the problem. Even told me where I could get the parts and how I could do it myself if I wanted. Great guy didn't charge me a dime for my diagnosis and he seems to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable about cars.Thanks Jordan and you will see me again for my maintenance.

Under new management and with Ken being in charge . It gives the place a feel of professionalism. No watching children running around and wondering if your vehicle is actually going to be repaired, or in the chaos maybe the mechanic mat forget to put the final bolt in or install the wrong part I have no hesitation in taking my vehicle there ,and would definitely recommend anyone to go there for your automotive needs

Changed from 5 star to 1. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years but should have stopped coming here when Jordan left. The service lacks care, quality and attention to detail. I've experienced the following during my last 3 visits:-Keeping the car for a week when they said it will take a day.-Fixing the wrong part (starter) and then having to go back and get have real problem resolved (ignition switch)-Air condition not working after a repair that had nothing to do with with AC. They just didn't connect things back properly-ignition switch failed after months, and then they blocked my number and ghosted me after saying they will replace it under warranty-This just in, my new mechanic says that they did not tell me about the obvious and dangerous corrosion to my sub frame which they would have 100% seen when they replaced the driver control arm. Makes sense why they didn't change the passenger control arm.Im conclusion, STAY AWAY from Carcones. Far far away. Your time and money will be wasted. I never write reviews, so take this seriously!
