Last month I found out my exhaust pipes were rotting and the dealership suggested I call around to get a better price than they would charge (good on them!) Called, spoke to Dann, brought my car in that morning to get an estimate, had it done two days later for 10% of the dealership quote, and, although I was initially told it would take 2-3 hours, they had it done in under an hour!! Needless to say, when my brakes started grinding this week, I called Carcone's first! In and out in under 2 hours at a reasonable price. I was also told how much it would cost before hand.
They are very transparent and there's no B.S. here.
I'm a very, very satisfied customer!!!

A friendly family owned car mechanic shop. People here are friendly and will actually show you where your car needs repair. Prices are written on the board in the reception and are very reasonable.

Car: Acura MDX 2012
Joe and his son are super jovial, knowledgeable and on-point! They asked me the right questions, questioned me about my driving patterns, suggested me what should be done and what doesn’t make sense to be done on my old Acura MDX 2012. Btw, the following services were taken care of:
Fluids checks
- Engine oil
- Transmission
- Transfer case
- Coolant liquid exchange
- Windshield washer
- Power steering

Honest, no fuss auto repairs. They fix cars at a reasonable price. They have also taken on small jobs for me that I could not find anybody else to do - (swapping tires on trailer size rims). Repeat customer,and I shall return if my car breaks..

Had a broken locking lug nut that i couldn't get removed. I called a few shops but most were too busy or wouldn't do this work. Came to Carcone's and they took care of the problem. They squeezed me in even though they were busy and were able to remove the lug nut with an air chisel. Very fast and professional service at a very reasonable price. Would recommend!
