I had a wonderful experience at Bouclair today, despite the store being incredibly busy and chaotic due to being short-staffed and it being a weekend. The store manager was exceptional (I wish my mom brain remembered her name… maybe Katie?) - she stayed positive, calm, and professional throughout she entire process. Her helpfulness made my exchange and new purchases feel effortless and blissful. She didn’t let me lift a finger seeing I was pregnant and I truly appreciate her dedication to customer service, even in challenging circumstances. I usually purchase online to avoid the chaos, but I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great affordable furniture and outstanding service!

They sell poor quality damaged items that are not working properly and you can't return or exchange them. Got the mirror because my daughter really loved it but the lights wouldn't work and then we discovered that the wire gets burning hot. The refused to take it back to exchange because it has chipped corner (which all of the mirrors had when I was getting this one).
Frustrating and disappointing.
P.S. As was advised by the owner, I contacted them through FB and they were very supportive and helpful. Ended up returning the mirror and getting a store credit .

I've only shopped online twice ever at this brand and both were linked to this location (as this is the closest location to me). The first order, the door dasher claimed he delivered it to me but it was a photo of a door nothing like any doors of any units in my apartment building. I called this location and the manager Katie took charge right away, and had my order in my hands within 2 hours or less of me first connecting with her. I placed my second ever online order with them this week and it arrived Friday night (2 days ago). Of the 8 pieces I ordered, 6 came in perfectly. However, 1 item did not work when the batteries were added, and 1 item was not at all the item I ordered. I was able to connect with a manager at this store within less than 24 hours of this order arriving. I had my items corrected and in my hands within 4 hours of speaking with the manager. Mistakes can happen, but I am very happy with how the managers corrected this. I will say both times I had issues the non-managers I connected with were not helpful, so I imagine that's where the other poor ratings were coming from.

I went to buy an accent chair. Ask the sales lady if it was in stock, she proceeded to have a conversation with her friend first, I had to ask her again to check. She said it was out of stock but I could order. I told her I would like to leave with a chair today. Instead of showing me the chairs in stock she went back to talk to her coworker… Check out was slow only one employee at the register, but 3 employees in the back having a personal conversation. Had to leave the items at the check due to this service.

A big thank you to the staff at Bouclair especially Naha (?) who helped me load up my vehicle yesterday with my beautiful new dining table & spent time to figure out the logistics of loading/positioning inside the back. Table is home safe and sound, thanks again!

I had the worst experience at this location and will never return. The manager was incredibly disrespectful and unhelpful. I attempted to exchange an item for a different size within an hour of my purchase, but instead of assisting me, the manager chose to belittle me in front of other customers and hurried me out of the store. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.

Can someone tell me Are we not allowed to sit on any armchair in the store? Maybe I missed the sign? Cos the old lady kept working without talking to any customer but she asked me if I want any help but doesn’t sound like she really wanna help but just making sure I was not fooling around ?

Decent products and pricing but their online returns are TERRIBLE. It’s been over a week and no details so I can return an item via mail - and there’s no other way to manage returns except in store (which isn’t an option for me).

I made a purchase today and encountered very unprofessional service from the cashier. I requested a $4 price match from my last purchase to be deducted from my purchase, but she told me that because it was such a small amount, she couldn't apply it to my gift card. After seeing my shocked reaction, she offered to give me $3 off instead. When she asked if I needed a bag, I said yes, but after I paid, she didn’t provide one. When I asked about it, she replied that I hadn’t mentioned it. After I bought a bag, she put two large pillows into a small bag, leaving most of them sticking out. When I requested a bigger bag, she said the next size was too big for me. I believe this type of customer service is detrimental to the business and its reputation, and I strongly recommend focusing on improving cashier service.

Their products Super Cheap Materials, I got these two Matte Faux Leather and Chrome Adjustable Bar Stool SKU: 9391477, just 1 and half year, no kids, no pet, isn't use every single day, but still looks like I use for 10 years, pls take a minute before buy any items from them

I love this location of Bouclair, mainly because of the staff. Hilde is the most amazing Customer Service person I’ve run across in years. I’m sorry if I spelled her name wrong . She has helped me on numerous occasions, but I felt compelled today to write about her generation and the kindness and experience that they share. She is patient and she moves quickly and enthusiastically. Hilde, my Hungarian friend I look forward to seeing you the next time I am in Bouclair. These additional curtains will look great in guest room. The quality is very good. Thank you for your excellent support of customers. Cheers Michelle

Bouclair Home is a fantastic store! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a delightful scent that instantly lifts your spirits. The atmosphere is always inviting, making shopping here a pleasant experience every time. Highly recommended just to visit once.
