“Without too many competitors nearby, this location offers adequate selections of popular book offerings - manga, fiction, self-help, etc. - but comparatively little on literature, religions, and philosophy. Almost half of the store sells lifestyle and home products. The staff are friendly, approachable, and know what they are doing (well-trained). There used to be a Starbucks adjoining the bookstore but it was closed during my visit. It would be nice to have a cafe area to enhance the shopping experience. I hope Chapters would do something about that”

Alll books have a sample to read and have kids table to draw on.Don’t have traditional chinese books but plenty of simplified chinese and some English 3D ones. Currently 20%off, prices are not too expensive. 198RMB hard cover Pop up book with discount I get it 28+GST. Sure will come back again.”

“A superbly managed store with pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The missing star is just because of not signaling that the online orders are to be picked up at the customer service boot, and so I waited a little while on the regular pay line and then for someone to identify the parcel. I love the setting, the location, and what it has to offer above and beyond mere literature browsing. Customer service was nice and awarded me a modicum amount, but I was impressed nonetheless. Looking forward to many in-store encounters.”
