I asked to clean a purse here, they said no problem. There was a strange smell and some scuff marks, yet it came back exactly the same and still had an even stronger pungent smell to it. They barely did anything and I paid 50$ for nothing.

Gave two suits for dry cleaning. Nothing special just regular dry cleaning cost me $35 each!! Way too expensive. Not going back here again.

Took 2 evening dresses in for slight hem opening and under arms take in. Was told it's too much work. Another dress needed a 1/2 inch stitch at the neckline charged 12.99 and said she would steam it for free. Upon pick up she took it off the hanger rolled it up and handed it to me. No hanger no bag. One week ago I dropped a pair of jean to be hemmed. I specifically requested a European hem (original hem of the jean), which maintains the style of the denim and does not make the denim look as though it has been shortened. This was printed on the receipt. Upon picking them up, this work was not complete in this manner, effectively ruining the look of the jean. The jeans had the store tags on, they cost $300, which is why after paying a premium price, I wanted to invested in this more costly process. A "regular" hem was used. The explanation given for the incorrect work was "we were busy". The bill was adjusted to reflect the cheaper workmanship, which looks cheaper than what was requested. These jeans are effectively ruined. At no point was there any attempt to offer a refund for the incorrect work (I still had to pay for the "regular" hem) let alone to cover the cost of the jeans. I have been using their cleaning and tailoring services for over 12 years (this location at Longo's and on Bayview at High Tech). I will never return or recommend this utterly unprofessional business again. Off now to post a Google Review and on all my social media accounts. Oh, and if the owners of the store want to dispute the above, the account was not listed under my name, it was under my husband's... so your records will not show my name, but here's the receipt number: 02-4035 at the Longo's location. Go ahead, look it up.

I've been going to this dry cleaners for a few years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else because I've had nothing but positive experiences. I usually come here for dry cleaning my canada goose and cashmere jackets, (I also noticed that they replaced their dry cleaning machine last year to the latest one appareantly, which gives me a peace of mind to know their equipment up to date) along with altering pant legs and even one time to replace a broken zipper on my bag. They do it all. The lady is so nice, the work is professionally done, and price is much better than the dry cleaners in my old neighbourhood. I highly recommend!
