Marieve is amazing! We are renovating our bathroom washroom, and she spent over 2 hours on Saturday answering all our questions, and finding the right items that exactly matched our long list of criteria! Marieve was so positive, happy and we are so glad we met her for all our needs! Way to go!

I bought three faucets but only tried one and didn't like it. When I returned them the next day, the store informed me that because one had been connected to a water line, they would reduce my refund by 30%. Besides. although I honestly explained that I had only opened one box, they fully opened and inspected all the boxes. This experience was disappointing, and disgusting.

I visited the Richmond hill location after dinner time. Even though Lan was on her way out, she took the time to go over my Bathroom renovation design in detail. She made amazing suggestions and recommendations to create a perfect renovation plan. I am grateful she was kind enough to share her experiences and even photos of her own bathroom which really gave me a better understanding of what I needed to do. Thank you again Lan!

I consider myself handy but when I tried to replace the shower valve I ran in trouble a big Thank-you to the team at BathDepot Richmond hill especially the manager Lan Quach who was so helpful not only with the right parts she went above and beyond to help me with a piece I had scratch in the process.Well done .BathDepot is number one in my books for fixtures and plumbing needs!

Very poor very poor service. No one served at all. The waiter's attitude doesn't look like he's here to work. That attitude of whether you want to buy it or not. Why is the store open like this? Close early!

**Huge Difference in this Branch**I had a terrible experience in another branch after I purchased equipment for two bathrooms so, I didn't want to go back there again. Then I came to Richmond Hill branch to purchase a shower door. I found Lan so professional, she knew the criteria and guide me to purchase stuff that matches my constraints. I said to my wife, this is what customers need, being warned not to buy a wrong merchant. Then, I shared my story with her about the experience I had in another branch and she helped me out, right away. I recommend reaching to Lan, you will be in good hands. Thanks Lan!!

Great service. Kirsten was knowledgeable about any products I inquired about. She was pleasant and actually called me back as I requested. She also later called to say a toilet I was hoping to purchase was delivered unexpectedly and available. She had been informed it was back ordered until February. A very fortunate surprise for me. I was impressed with her customer serviceWell done.

First and last time I will use this company for anything. I Purchased a walk-in shower door set for a customer's bathroom renovation and had ordered it through the store Manager (Maegan). They only receive their warehouse deliveries every Thursday so this already put the completion timeline a little behind but still managable. Drove an hour to their Woodbridge store to pick it up only to realize it was the wrong door. Had ordered a 48 inch door set with double sliders and received 60 inch door set. Maegan had placed the order wrong. Barely recieved an apology and was told we would have to wait another week to receive the new one. No refund only a store credit if cancelled. Not happy but decided to wait the extra week and inform the customer of the delay who was not happy. The following week went to pick up the door and found out it was twice as expensive as the 60 inch door. Again not happy, no apology from Maegan. Checked the size, it was 48 inch so took it to install. During installation realized it was a single sliding door. Now customer is pissed, had to offer him a $500 discount because we had already started the installation and drilled into the tiles, no turning back, had to finish installing. Worst experience I've ever had in my 20+ years as a contractor. Don't go here unless you want to be screwed around!!
