“Came here for a first time visit and I was running late for my appointment with my advisor at this branch. Jessica was super sweet, kind, and patient with me despite arriving late and took me in for my appointment. Despite network issues they were having that day, I lost my sense of time and had an amazing conversation with her. I was even about to ask to grab lunch or a coffee but my inner shyness got the better of me and I had other priorities on that day. I'm not quite sure what the rest of the reviews here are talking about with their 1 star reviews but customer service is usually mutual anywhere you go and learning that sooner might help you in life.”

“I have been using DUCA for more than 30 years for all of my business banking needs. Their fees are very low for small businesses, and even lower for personal savings accounts. They also rebate you yearly with shares which can be redeemed for cash (not immediately, but better than any bank will do). They are friendly, Ramsey Fasho, the branch manager has always gone out of his way to make me feel like a highly valued client.They even sponsor "movie night in the park" in Richmond Hill in the Summer for free!I highly recommend you check them out.”

“BEFORE YOU GO, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW.If you are going to TD for something simple like paying a bill, take some cash, ask simple questions, please go across the street to 220 Commerce Valley Dr W U 100, Markham. It is much less busy there and most of the time you DO NOT need to LINE UP. Parking over there is also much easier to find. Check their hours before you go. This branch however, is always busy.Now, if you are taking care of a complicated matter, this is the branch for you. Out of all the bank branches I have to go to thanks to work. This one consist of the most experienced, efficient and caring people ever. For complicated business banking. This place is for you. That is also why this place is always filled with people trying to do banking for Legal, Business and other matters that takes a long long time.”
