I had a very disappointing experience with this body shop. Not only was there a significant delay in delivering the parts, but the overall scheduling of tasks was very poorly managed. Despite a clear delivery date, nothing arrived on time, and when the parts finally did, there were no technicians available to work on my car for two consecutive days. To make matters worse, they kept my car for over a month for what was originally a one-day job, with no compensation offered for the delay.
The job itself was supposed to fix a slight dent, but they ended up creating bumps all over the place. When I raised this concern, they simply said, "it’s the best we could do." Overall, extremely dissatisfied with their service, both in terms of time management and lack of organization.

My Rav4 was stolen and recovered with extensive damage. It was a very upsetting time. However. Fawad took care of everything and provided assistance as he helped me through the process. Fawad is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very friendly and kept informed throughout the process. My vehicle was repaired as good as new. Thank you.

Fawad was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and super kind. He explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what needed to be repaired and never felt confused. He always kept me in the loop with what was happening with my car and it looked as good as new when I got it back. I've had to deal with a few Assured locations in my driving lifetime and this one was by far the best experience!
