I recently visited 16th Auto Service & Tire, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and offered helpful advice on how to maintain it going forward.

Been here for a few times, and couldn’t be happier with their service. Mohammad and Shawn were incredibly helpful and attentive. I first brought my wife's vehicle about a month ago to repair front suspension. They informed me what needs to be done and kept me informed throughout the process. I just brought my own vehicle in for the same thing. Both vehicles were done in a day and kept informed on what had to be done to the car. Great service and I liked how they kept informed. Definitely will bring my vehicle back again.

Highly highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs a mechanic. They’re trustworthy, honest and efficient in fixing whatever you need and truly care for your safety and your cars efficiency/safety.
