The staff is very friendly and helpful, though some of the pharmacy counter staff could use a lesson in customer service -- the younger staff seems friendlier. The post office staff is excellent and efficient. One area where the pharmacy loses a star is their hours of operation... they could be open longer. BTW, prices for things are much more reasonable than the big chain pharmacies! (e.g. Peroxide is like $4, compared to $7 at the pharmacy across the street)

Horrendous experience at this pharmacy. Excessive wait times for medication. Rude and lazy staff. Last time I'll be bringing any business here. I thought perhaps a family owned operation would have higher standards for customer service. Sadly not the case. I sure hope a shoppers drug mart opens in renfrew soon and blows these rude dinosaurs out of business.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came from out-of-town to get a medicine I couldn't obtain from my local pharmacies. The prescription was filled within 15 minutes. Worth the drive!

High praise for the travel clinic - I feel fortunate to have this service available without having to go to the city. The consultation fee is well worth the service - you receive a comprehensive overview of medical risks and recommendations for prevention specific to your travel plans. Subsequent visits for administration of vaccination are included in your initial consultation fee.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy.
Rude and completely unhelpful. One of the older women is apparently untrained.
Prescriptions cancelled immediately.

If I could give a worse review I would ... I've never in my life been treated like a drug addiction for trying to get Tylenol 1. I had to fill out a paper and then They had to phone my pharmacy to check my meds before I could get them. I waited 30mins for me to get them.They lied and said they haven't received the fax and they did. I Checked with other pharmacy. I'm from Toronto and they don't even treat you this way. Shame on them!!!

Typical Renfrew business, they take care of Townies first.How is it that this pharmacy sold Tylenol ones for years at increasing prices then started taking health card information and claimed they did this all along.Things that make you go hmmmmmmm
