I went to the shell in rama to fill up and there was a piece of steel around the conbrete island where the pumps are i went a little close to it it ripped my tire apart. Now they wont replace the one tire. I will never go there again and as far as the staff goes not very friendly. I'm totally discuted maybe they should clean up and fix there concrete island.

Visit Shell gas station for better driving experience. Your vehicle will be very thankful regards to fuel consumption. I recommend everyone to try the difference between other gas stations fuel and Shell fuel. Saving on fuel not necessary is to pay less when you are filling up your vehicle ⛽

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Appalling 'customer service' from VERY RUDE Staff. I will never return. This past week I purchased gas around 10:55pm at the pump with my debit card. The transaction went through and I was pumping gas into my vehicle when all the lights went black and pump turned off (mid way through pumping my already paid for gas). The area was so dark I almost tripped over the pump on my way to the store doors to speak to the Staff. The door was locked so I knocked on the window confused as I has already paid for my gas. The young man working rolled his eyes at me and motioned with his hand to "go away". Speaking through the window I tried to explain that I had already pre paid for my gas and only received a few dollars worth. Another woman working yelled at me to "go back to your vehicle, we close at 11!" The young man continues to ignore me as if I was invisible. I explained that I was in the middle of pumping the gas, and that its already paid for. She continued to yell "go back to your vehicle!". Both employees were very ignorant and did not care that I was a paying customer- instead of waiting another 60 seconds for me to finish pumping gas, they shut off the pump and lights mid way through. What kind of person/business would do this and then proceed to treat their customers with such disrespect? Complete lack of human decency. As a casino worker I have spent a ton of money on a regular basis on both gas and convenience items. I will never go back and made sure to tell everyone I work with my terrible experience. Its not so much about the gas but the response I received from the Staff. If you want decent customer service from an essential business do not go here. If you want to be treated like garbage however- this is a great option. Shame on the staff working that night.

Just to save others the trouble. They are not open 24 hours as listed above.They shut off the lights and pumps at 11pm tonight. I’m assuming that’s their closing time because there was no hours listed on the doors that the worker locked and walked away from when I was trying to ask about the open 24 hours listing.
