“I took my 2015 VW Golf into Ryan to check out the A/C system as it was not blowing cold anymore. He had it refilled and checked it for leaks right away. He got me to take it home and drive it for a week before checking it again and finding where the leak was. He topped it back up so I could have cold A/C while waiting for the part to come in and once it was in, he changed it ASAP and I was back on the road. Great to deal with and honest mechanic. Price was better than when I took it to the dealership last year for just a simple A/C refill and check. Will be going back for any work on my car!”
“A roofing nail lodged in your tire that you find when you get to your MILs funeral really makes a hard day even worse.
Driving all the way from Trenton home to Kitchener afterwards and hoping it doesn't come out is a terrible idea. Driving all that way on a donut is a bad idea too!
They were very fast, friendly, efficient and compassionate about getting me in and out before they closed but after the funeral so that I did not have to worry while attending the funeral about what I was going to do.

“As a women getting taken advantage of is always such a worry when trying to get problems solved on your vehicle, I'm so thankful that I my experience here was not that at all. I asked for them to fix something that wasn't even broken, instead of getting the money they left it be and let me know it was not broken. They also did a check of my vehicle and made suggestions of what needs to be fixed/replaced, I asked all the questions without being made to feel stupid or pressured. I got a puncture in my tire on the highway home from Kingston, and pulled off at the nearest exit (Trenton), making it to a nearby gas station before the tire was fully deflated. I contacted Action and their friendly staff came out, filled my tire enough to get me to the shop, plugged the leak and inspected the tire immediately. Great price for the service and I was on my way within the hour. Would recommend their tire services to anybody, and the staff was very kind and generous!”
