I bought a scarf, Bonnet, paie is socks, and gloves. All I can say is that the quality matched the reasonable pricing. I am excited to spread the words to people I know about Portolano. Also, their materials are woven in the Philippines where Im from which is a win win to me. Just love ❤️ my experience with this company. Keep up the good work guys!

Review :Dear friends , if you ever looking for leather gloves - I ll tell about my experience with Portolano Canada company .Here is my story ; I saw a l beautiful photo of red gloves and instantly made a decision to order it on line .Unfortunately , the size was too small ( my usual size is 8 & I ordered # 8 ) , the quality did not satisfy me eather & I decided to return the item .Surprisingly , the customer service in Portolano doesn’t cooperate at all , it’s been a week already & I did not receive RETURN LABEL , yet .Answering machine on their phone is not welcoming , but has a record for New Year holidays .As for me - I would not even think of buying anything with Portolano .Sharing with you my experience & disappointment .Zero stars .Maria

Do not expect standand level of customer service. Very disappointing. I ordered a family gift for Christmas and called to order a second gift shortly after on the same day and was told I had to pay a second shipping cost. My spidy senses were tingling. Should have listened to myself and not ordered the second item. The recipient of the gifts chose to exchange one of the gifts for another item. Today I called to ask how to go about that and was first told that they needed to check if I was in the "window" to exchange? Isn't it customary to allow more time for Christmas purchases almost everywhere??? Oh, thankfully I was, ok. Then I was told that they wouldn't accept the return because it was a "sample sale" . Really? It wasn't a sample sale price that's for sure. So fed up.Never , ever going to buy from them nor recommend them to anyone. I regret buying from them in the first place.

Do not order online from this company. They only pay to insure their orders up to $100.00 regardless of value.Canada post failed to deliver and I have proof from my front door camera. No delivery. Portolano said that they will get the $100.00 insurance from Canada Post - I get nothing. I have lost over $300.00.They do not insure properly when they ship out so you will be out $$$$ - they hung up on me.

This is always a stop on our travels to eastern Ontario. The products are wonderful, the selection amazing— not to mention fabulous prices. The staff is very helpful. Looking forward to going again.

Can’t say enough about this gem of a place. Luxury at affordable prices any time I want to spoil me or someone special. Cashmere socks and shawls are my favorite as well as butter-soft leather gloves in all shades . My daughter loves her sheepskin mitts - easy on and off and oh so warm. Thanks for being in Prescott. Always appreciate the friendly and helpful service !!????

We love shopping at Portolano. Excellent quality, selection and price are only second to the service. Sandra and her staff are always helpful in picking just the right gift. They are always pleasant and quick with a smile and friendly chat. Highly recommend if you are shopping for gifts or yourself.

Had a lovely shopping experience in this little gem. Thought it would be a pop in and out but spent 2 hours.Staff very friendly and helpful and now own gloves, sweaters, hats, scarfs in assorted colours. Merry Christmas to me. Even bought mitts for my grandchildren. Loved the history board upon entrance.Thank you !Don't worry mask mandate was not an issue for me. I alway carry them in my car since I have many immune comprised family members and friends.You can be sure I will be back.
