“I contacted the pharmacy last week, as I was unable to get into the physicians office. Rock answered my call and he was phenomenal. Although he was nearly finished his shift for the day, he recommended that I come in to see him before 6 pm, if possible. I made it to the pharmacy with very little time to spare, and he was there waiting for me. He was able to prescribe an antibiotic to treat my condition immediately. He even stayed late to ensure that my needs were met, and he did so without complaint. At no point did I feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing him.Thank you Rock for your outstanding customer service and genuine care. I can’t put into words how appreciative I am for you staying to help me.Edit: I do hope Rock receives some recognition for his efforts. I have dealt with him in the past, and he’s always friendly, professional and efficient. Too often we are quick to share our dissatisfaction but not once have I been dissatisfied when dealing with Rock.
