A nice, cute, and comfy Inn with a unique decor which brings character. Great location and right by the waterfront for beautiful morning views.

My family stayed in the Anchor Suite on Good Friday. It's very spacious, clean and has a beautiful bathroom. Sarah, the owner, was very accommodating and met us at the door upon arrival. There is a kitchenette in the lobby with coffee and small appliances for preparing some meals. It is situated right in the heart of Port Rowan so we were able to enjoy walking to all of the cute little shops and enjoying the views of the water. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing service, owners are very nice and the decor is beautiful! I could see renting the whole building for an evening with friends being a unique and great time! Lounging in the bank vault is worth booking here alone! Support your local business, this is one place to not let go.

The decor, atmosphere and customer service are fantastic. A lot of care and effort went into making your stay here far more unique than your run-of-the-mill chain hotel or Air BNB. It’s also repurposed from being a former bank, which gives the PRINN a distinct charm. Drinking wine in a former bank vault was a highlight. Highly recommended!

My husband and I booked our accommodations for our 1st wedding anniversary at the PRINN. It was the worst experience ever, and we didn't even stay there! We booked on June 22nd for two nights, Friday July 17th and Saturday July 18th. I received a text from them Thursday July 16th at 9:11am (the day before we leave) asking for receipt of confirmation from an e-mail they had sent me. I had not seen an e-mail but after looking through my junk mail I found the e-mail from them the day before on Wednesday July 15th (two days before we were set to leave). The e-mail indicated that due to COVID-19, they are implementing a 24-hour window between all reservations and were now unable to accommodate us on Friday July 17th but we could stay Sunday July 19th.I immediately responded to the text asking someone to call me. I also responded to the e-mail asking someone to call me. I called 9 times and sent 2 text messages. I received a text at 1:20pm saying "Hello, we must ensure the safety and health of our guests and community". Fine, but I still asked for someone to call me. Over the course of the day, I sent 8 more text messages and attempted 16 more calls. My iMessages are also being read by them, but no response. I also e-mailed them again, tried to reach out via Facebook and tried to reach out via Instagram. NOTHING.So here we are scrambling because we have already made arrangements with our employers and booked activities and dining reservations for the weekend. At this point I'm furious but we had to figure Friday July 17th out before the work day on Thursday July 16th ended. We asked for last minute changes from our employers and they were able to give us Monday July 20th off instead of Friday July 17th. Great! Right? WRONG! I let PRINN know that we were able to switch around our days but, still, NO RESPONSE.I was able to find alternate accommodations at 11pm on Thursday evening (July 16th) via e-mail and called to confirm them Friday morning (July 17th) at 8am. At this point, I texted PRINN and told them to cancel our reservation and asked for a full refund of our money. One hour later, I get an e-transfer from PRINN with the full refund. But, still no verbal or written communication of any point on any social media platform. I have spent the day reorganizing our entire itinerary for the weekend and changing reservations. Luckily, all of the vendors were understanding and were able to accommodate. This experience was so beyond unprofessional and infuriated. I would not recommend these accommodations to anyone! So poorly managed and the lack of communication was unbearable. I'd give this place a no star if I could.

The PRINN is nestled in lovely downtown Port Rowan overlooking the Port Rowan Harbour and Marina. Sarah, the lovely owner, met us at the front doors just as we arrived. We stayed in the Anchor Room which was clean, comfortable and spacious. A comfortable King sized bed, relaxing shower, well-lit and quiet. The design and decor has certainly been thought out with attention to detail. Upon waking, I was able to make myself a cup of coffee from the kitchenette and got out to explore the rest of Port Rowan. I highly recommend staying here. Sarah is kind, warm and very hospitable. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend here!

Went on a short weekend getaway and loved The Prinn! The room was spotless, brand new and was decorated beautifully. The entire place was decorated very nicely and had a lot of seating space in the lobby, a patio and a little nook that used to be a vault, and also a kitchenette that was available for all guests to use. The owner was super helpful and accommodating our entire stay. I would definitely consider staying at the Prinn again for it's overall great vibes, coziness and the beauty of Port Rowan!

My fiancé and I stayed here for the weekend, as a little get away from Toronto, and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. This little boutique Inn was an old bank, and has been remodel absolutely brilliantly! It is beautiful inside, Scandinavian modernism mixed with rustic charm!Sarah, the owner could not have been more kind or helpful! She was the most amazing host, telling us about the town and area, as well as giving great suggestions for things to do, an where to eat. On top of all that, the price really cant be beat. We will definitely be staying here again when we need a little get-away from the city.
