I used to work here and shortly after I was hired another employee from a different simplicity location was hired at this location. The boss and the painter Place a bet that the new guy from the other location wouldn't last a week. That was my 1st red flag, Other employees are extremely toxic and provoke conflict And walk around the shop Like a Spoiled rotten Child that didn't get his way cussing and whining and b!t<hing about other employees. 2nd Red flag , If they break any trim plugs or mounts or anything like that they just use hot glue to repair it. Instead of ordering the new parts. The quality of craftsmanship behind the repairs is not the best. 3rd Red flag, the work environment is toxic And the pay is horrible, Not to mention there's a lot of corners cut. Might just be small things like trim plugs or mounts or grill plastic Heads/tail light housing. But if you're paying a place to repair your vehicle or even if your insurance is paying for the repair You shouldn't have parts of your vehicle interior door panels and what not hot glued. 4th red flag, Now on top of it I brought my concerns to the owner of the franchise location About the one employee that walks around miserably cussing about other employees under his breath like a spoiled brat. And nothing was done so I left work to avoid any more conflict. Later that evening I got a call And I was let go fair enough. Ironically About a month or so later the other employee that was hired after me went through the same thing with the same employee brought the same concerns to the owner of the franchise And was let go. Like I said it's a pretty toxic work environment!! one star

Friendly staff, great work overall. Ive always thought this is the place to go if you want your vehicle perfect again. Also does fiberglass work.

Simplicity repaired the front bumper and dents and scratches down the passenger side of my truck. From the first meeting I could tell they were a class act. They did not disappoint, the job was done on time at the price they quoted, they even buffed out all the scratches on the rest of the truck and vacuumed out the interior at no extra cost. My husband has had repairs done on our RV by M&R a couple of years ago and was so pleased by their work that now that he needs repairs again on same RV due to an accident he went right back to M&R. Darrin is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Prices very reasonable.

These guys are the BEST! Brought my Mini Cooper in to fix a dent and it was taken care of FAST and looks amazing. So happy with the service they provide. I will definitely be using them for future autobody work and would refer anyone to them no question.
