I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for a few years now. They say that they have a service to call you when your meds are ready. I've never yet had a call from them. They should really scrap this non-existent service. Otherwise, they are ok.

RemedyRx have a wonderful staff who go out of their way to serve their customers. I have found that over the years they have always been willing to listen to suggestions for any change or improvements that will benefit their customer for example establishing a delivery service for their customers.

Slowest pharmacy ever! Does it actually take 45 minutes to put a label on some eye drops? They don’t even apologize; just keep telling the customer it will be 10 more minutes and they are welcome to do some shopping.
