We noticed soot on the outside of our direct vent from our propane fireplace. Although we didn't buy from Overridge, they were quick to respond to our call. Isaac and Linda were helpful in store when I came in and had Travis (and Andrew) come out to diagnose and fix the issue, along with testing & cleaning it. They were amazingly clean in their work and tidy-up. They also took the time to explain our Napoleon fireplace's inner workings at a level I could understand. I would definitely recommend Overridge for your fireplace needs!!!

Thank you OverRidge Fireplace! With the sound guidance from Isaac, I was able to choose the appropriate natural gas fireplace for my home.I cannot express my gratitude enough.Would 100% recommend OverRidge! Isaac and his team were very professional not to mention worked a miracle on my mantle! Excellent woodworking skills, Isaac! They were cognizant and respectful of my surrounding area.Thank you again!The first picture shows the original mantle and subsequent pictures show how Isaac reworked the wood to make the fireplace fit! Last 2 pictures show how much Chuckie loves his new fireplace! ?

Love it!We had Louis, Apparently he has been doing this 30 years and it shows in his work. He even put new embers in that make it look brand new again. Hopefully I can squeeze another 20 years out my Napoleon fireplace.Thank you thank you thank you.

Isaac the owner was really helpful in the whole process to help me understand my options etc. I knew nothing about fireplaces before i spoke to him. Also the install went really smoothly, they were careful about dust which i really appreciate and about scratching the floor and door and fireplace insert itself. Also when i realized i overpaid the invoice by $300 Isaac paid me back the next day, typically alot of contractors would just disappear at that point. Highly recommend Isaac and his company. Would use them again in the future. cheers

Overridge Fireplaces completed our project on time, at the estimated cost and with complete professionalism. The on site team was friendly and cleaned up the work area and took the time to train us on the new fireplaces. I would use them again without hesitation!

We had Overridge install a new gas fire place as part of our basement reno project. Very happy with the quality of work. Work was scheduled, crew arrived on time, all was completed in a timely manner, operation of the unit was explained and all was done at the agreed cost. Work area was left clean and all gas appliances that required pilot light re-ignition were tended to. I would recommend Overridge to anyone looking at or considering a gas fireplace installation.

Isaac made purchasing my new Napoleon BBQ easy! He was very accommodating with my late in the day, Friday afternoon purchase, taking the time to explain all the options and helping me load it into my car. Made it worth the drive to Port Perry!

I was referred to Overridge by my neighbor and Isaac and his team did not disappoint. The previous home owner used an old Fisher wood burning stove which was not WETT certified and had an unholy amount of nasty creosote built up in the chimney due to years of neglect and no cleaning performed.Isaac recommended a new Napoleon fireplace insert and new chimney liner to get my fireplace up to code and WETT certified. Isaac started by sweeping out the nasty creosote with a shop vac (3 bags full of creosote) and then performed the installation of the insert and liner. The cherry on top was when Isaac lifted the EXTREMELY heavy old Fisher stove out of the basement and had it disposed of (junk yard) for me free of charge!! I am beyond impressed with Overridge and can’t recommend them enough. If you have any sort of need for your fireplace then I highly recommend Isaac and his team of experts!!

We recently moved to Port Perry and wanted to add a Napolean gas stove to our finished walk out basement. We found Overridge downtown after a referral from a neighbour. Linda was available when we dropped by and helped price out the stove, installation, accessories etc and scheduled an appointment with Isaac to scope out the install. As busy as they were they did squeeze us in then Travis and Andrew came to install. Very pleased with the “Halliburton “ gas stove model. Gives our rec room a cottagey feel now and heats the whole area.Isaac checked in a couple of times on progress both in person and by phone. A great job Overridge. Many thanks.

I've been dealing with Isaac at Overridge for years to get our chimney cleaned. This year it was time for a new wood stove and chimney liner. Didn't hesitate to trust this to Isaac and the rest of the Overridge team. Very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Thanks to Isaac, Adam and everyone involved. Great company to deal with.
