We can’t say enough about what a GREAT experience it was to dealing with the people at Homestead Furniture. From the time we went in the door up to and including the installation of our new washing machine and dryer. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the differences between the brands. Our order came and was delivered when they told us it would be. When our machines were delivered they took our old set away and installed the news for us. Amazing customer service. I would highly recommend Homestead Furniture for any of your house hold needs. I know we will definitely be using them again.

My husband and I were recently told about this store in Port Perry because we were looking for a kitchen appliance. From the time we entered the store until two days later when our appliance was delivered to our home 50 K away without cost, we experienced nothing but a standard of excellence in care, skill, information and communication. We returned back a second time today and received the same quality of service. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for furniture, appliances and/or creative home furnishing. Such a warm sense of welcome in the store and with the employees. Great store...wonderful experience!

I got a new washer and dryer from here. They’re awesome. The customer service was fantastic and knowledgeable. I got everything I needed for my young family. Quick and easy delivery and install. Couldn’t be happier.

This has to be Port Perry's treasure. If you are looking for appliances, furniture, flooring or decor this is the place to go. Friendly knowledgeable service from "just looking" to delivery rhe team doesn't disappoint.

A huge shout out to Homestead Furniture. A special thanks to Tyler and Heather. Had an issue with chair (not stores fault), Tyler and staff solved the issue even though the chair was out of warranty. Many thanks to a local business that truly cares about their customer. In my opinion, when it comes to selection, price and totally reliable customer service, Homestead Port Perry should be your go to furniture store.

These guys we're amazing to deal with from start to finish. Our dishwasher started acting up only days before the Christmas holidays and I was able to go in there and order one that was in stock and have it delivered only 2 days later! Even better they were able to refer me to a local installer who came and did the install for me that same day as delivered. I will definitely be using Homestead again when we need to replace or upgrade any of our appliances.

Miranda helped me pick out the perfect washing machine for my household. Soon as I walked in I was helped right away and the store is clean and bright. It was so nice shopping there, I will definitely going back for future purchases of appliances. Also I was impressed in the selection of furniture too, such good looking quality!

Shopping at Homestead Furniture, Port Perry was a wonderful experience from choosing our sofa to delivery, follow up and more. We are no longer interested in shopping in big box stores and plan on checking with Homestead for any future purchases. We are loving our Palliser sofa - very happy to have bought a “made in Canada” quality product. Special thanks to Tyler, Heather, Martin and the delivery team for such great service.

5 stars without a doubt. We visited the store (full of very friendly, knowledgeable staff), chose a washer and dryer and received delivery, including full install as well as removal of our old appliances, the very next day! It was a wonderful small town warm and fuzzy experience. Thank-you!

I would give them 6 stars if I could!Washer died mid cycle. Did a bunch of online shopping before heading to Homestead. Heather was awesome! So patient with us (we're picky) and she had no problems spelling things out. We had a question about a washer similar to one she used herself - she even called home to have someone check for a specific feature. lol We chose a popular unit they happened to have in stock. We were in the store on Monday and they delivered the washer Wednesday. The guys that did it were great: Set it up, leveled it, and took the old one away with them.They had a great showroom of other furniture as well. Living room furniture, dining room, mattresses... we will be back!

I went I the store to look around and inquire as to price if outdoor xhairs and all employees were too busy chatting to even bother asking if I needed help. Would definitely not go back They had some very nice looking furniture nut not even a hello
