Whenever we are in, or near Port Perry, we stop in to get their meat pies. Very tasty with a nice flaky crust and lots of filling and many varieties to choose from. We especially like their curry chicken but all are good and priced right!

Just stopped in for the first time and was blown away by the selection and prices but it was the customer service that really impressed us. We had beautiful short ribs cut to order and the staff were all super friendly and helpful! We live 30 mins away but this will now be our go-to butcher. Amazing experience and product!

Went to Herrington’s for the first time and I was blown away on how nice the owner Brent was. He provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable on all the meats. It was also a nice surprise to know that he worked as a butcher on the Danforth in Toronto, a place I called home for 30 years. I highly recommend this place, it has amazing meats, a large variety of different meats to choose from and the price is right.

I have tried many meat pies from multiple different locations. We have moved an hour out of Durham Region and I still go back for the pies. Our favourite is the Beefsteak and Kidney Pies. But have never tried one we didn't enjoy. The steaks are also exceptional!

We bought steaks here for a cottage weekend we have every year and the steaks were one of the biggest highlights. People were using butter knives to cut the steaks because they were so tender. Melt in your mouth beef, outstanding quality, amazing friendly service for a fair price. Will be a regular for sure!

A genuine cut above the rest !!Brent is an award winning butcher who provides great service along with many helpful tips and tricks. My friends and I started cooking briskets a few years ago and I learned so much from my time and trips to Herrington's. I learned about as much as I could and my cooking has subsequently improved. We are lucky to have such a valuable resource in our town of Port Perry.Shopping at Herrington's is simply an amazing experience!

Herrington’s is the go to!! Seriously I have been to so many butchers lately where I get a steak and it’s gristly and filled with fat. Never happens when I come here. The pies, sausages, steak, chicken, etc. It is all fantastic. Usually raw meat isn’t appetizing but the colour you see when you walk in the butcher is amazing. Everything I have bought there is amazing and beats every place around!

These steaks were not Wagyu, but may as well have been, check out that marbling?! Really impressed with the quality of product here. Also had their bacon, but that didn't last long enough to snap a shot.
