March 19, 2022This morning I spoke with an associate about the renewal of my prescription.I felt her tone was somewhat abrasive and condescending when she replied that my prescription had been sitting there.I feel that it would have been kinder and more appropriate for her to say that your prescription has been filled and is ready for pickup. Of course these typed words cannot convey the manner or the tone.I have used this pharmacy for close to 30 years and have never before felt the need to complain.I sincerely hope someone tells this associate about cordiality.Thank youEtelka Haagaard
