The low rating comes from the high price. 13 people, the whole upstairs, and we paid $120/ person. I have zero complaints outside of that. The grounds were lovely and meandering, lots of natural spaces. The rooms were clean. No stove and working with all the small, plug-in appliances would be annoying if you're there longer than 1 or 2 nights. The hosts were absolutely lovely.

Unique setup, very comfortable rooms. Usually on Friday evening there is food and live entertainment (BYOB). Very convenient for the Wye Marsh, the Tay trail, and other local attractions. Great fun.

Absolutely the best B&B around! Live concerts as well that will give you a fabulous cultural experience. Great hiking trails too. Close to the water and beach!

It is the best place around here that I know of J Nicole goes out of her way to make sure that everyone who stays there has a great time and she has spent the last 4 years fixing up the yard with lots of little areas set up for you to sit at
