Rob Odd and team, went more than the second mile to try and solve a very frustrating purchasing experience for me, It was totally not their fault. Weatherwall windows, the manufacturer sent incorrect windows. When the final, almost correct, order arrived 4 plus months after ordering, Rob delivered them himself, unpacked them, packed all the cardboard from the wrong order and took it away. He took out the panels/vents for the incorrect frames and demonstrated how they fit in the new ones. He even gave me some compensation more than the window company would. Totally top notch customer service. 5 star service all the way.. Thanks.

Overcharging for lumber after price drop!While Home depot and other resellers have adjusted their price for lumber and are charging $12 for a 5/4 x 6 x 10, this specific store is still charging $21 for that exact board and do not show their prices on their website. It is a shame to be gauging people in this Pandemic, specially the local community that has supported you throughout the years. We placed an order and were over charged, when we called in to speak to someone about it, we were told "oh, we get this a lot our lumber is better then other retailers so we charge more". Very disappointing and shameful! Buyer beware, lets take our business where we are treated with more dignity.
