Slow and No we don't have a washroom lol !!! Only staff pee just go out back If you make it !! And I can even see it The door was open. I thought is it something I said do I look dirty or something? How third class Can you get ...pathetic drives me nuts even the gas station is more polite much cleaner And I didn't have to spend a hundred bucks. Timmy's looks good up against them And they're healthcare??? Catering to old people ? Think about it I'm tapping out of this place .

The doctor called in to order medication i needed. Hour later, I went to get my prescription. It wasn't done. Went back an hour later. They want me to pay full price even though I have a drug plan. Never had a problem in any other pharmacy. They didn't know how to use the computer. Didn't have a clue how to do anything. It wasn't that they were dumb. It was because they were stupid. Never have I had such an unprofessional experience with a person in a pharmacy. Her attitude alone and the way she handled herself, absolutely unprofessional. Why does this person have a job that deals with servicing people. Minus 100 stars. If this is the way you do business, you need to be out of business.

YorkSuper Pharmacy has amazing staff, always so friendly and helpful. There’s a great selection of new giftware and clothing. The store is always clean and the pharmacist always has my medication ready for me.

Used my benefits for a very expensive prescription. Kept getting told it would come in next week, then, next month, then call back in 6 months. It’s been years now and they have never filled my prescription with multiple follow up calls, yet they kept the money charged to my benefit company(confirmed). Wasted so much time and someone made off with a boat load of free money! Would not recommend pharmacy under any circumstance.
