I visited this branch to complete some business today. I saw an elderly woman go in for help (she was ahead of me in line) and get treated pretty badly by the tellers (younger women). I felt bad for her. The tellers were shamefully unkind to her and gave her incorrect information about restoring her phone.

ATM never accepts cash deposits. Always rejects the bill. Had to wait in line. 5th of 6 people. One teller.

I've literally never gone here once and had either ATM machine work properly. This is absolutely ridiculous and has been an ongoing problem for YEARS. Fix this. People need to be able to access their money after hours.
