Worst pharmacy!
Called in prescription 2 days in advance , went to pick it up 2days after they told me it would be ready. ... Not ready asked us to wait another 25 min

I’d do zero if I could. Gone in three times now for prescriptions, first time they “didn’t see it” after it was sent over a day ago and I had to wait another hour to get it filled.
Second time, they couldn’t find it, again, after it was sent to them the day before… I was going on a trip this weekend so had to wait 3 days to come back and get the prescription.
Just went in for my third time, “oh we haven’t received that medication on our order yet, I only have 15/84 of the capsules. It’ll be here tomorrow” AGAIN I WAITED 24 HOURS AFTER THE PRESCRIPTION WAS SENT IN TO EVEN GO PICK IT UP!! So I had to walk back home in a snow squall with nothing.
This is the closest pharmacy to me and I don’t have a vehicle , so it’s annoying that I can’t just switch pharmacies… but PLEASE communicate better with your team AND customers. (Could have called and let me know my prescription wouldn’t be ready for another day)
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CALLING FIRST TO CONFIRM IF YOUR STUFF IS ACTUALLY READY!!!!

Gaurav Patel was extremely courteous and went over and above, to source an out of stock injection for my friend who needed it for after surgery care. He called several pharmacies and found a nearby source, transferred the prescription and even made special notes so that there won’t be an issue for refills.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I ran in to get some much needed body lotion. Also picked up some snacks generating a larger sale for the store. The clerk handed me my bag and I hurried out to be on our way as we had an appointment to get to and we're leaving the area. A few minutes later I searched the bag only to find that the clerk had neglected to put my lotion that I purchased in the bag. I had no time to return to get it so I called the store and asked them to refund my credit card and was told they were not able to do so. So I'm out the lotion I needed and the cost of it. Check your bags before you leave the store! Incompetence at its finest!
