She was thorough, kind, informative and transparent , taking the time to ensure I understood the policies and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. The rates were great - especially with a membership, and her sense of humour made the process feel much less dry! No idea if they get points for leads or sign ups, but if they do I specifically would aim to support her :) I hate paying for insurance, but hey - the experience was over all lovely!”
